PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. Data Collection Philosophy

InnoSpired CC LLC operates with a "Security by Design" architecture. We only collect the data required to perform industrialized operational diagnostics. We do not sell your data. We do not participate in advertising networks. We act as a data processor on behalf of the Executive Sponsor.

2. Retention & Sunset Protocols (The 6-Month Rule)

Data retention periods are strictly governed by the specific service tier engaged:

• InnoVision Lite™ (Subscription): Data is retained for the active duration of the subscription to facilitate historical trend analysis. Telemetry ingestion ceases immediately upon cancellation.
• InActionTax™ Audit (Forensic): Sensitive operational artifacts and raw data requests are securely retained for a period of **exactly six (6) months** following the final readout. At the 180-day mark, all raw Client data is securely purged from our systems.

3. The OFI™ Anonymity Guarantee

For participants in the Operational Friction Index™ survey: Your responses are captured via encrypted transmission to our independent servers. To maintain "Technical Truth," we provide your Executive Team with aggregate data and anonymous qualitative insights. We do not track IP addresses back to individual respondents unless expressly authorized.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We utilize Stripe for secure payment processing and Mercury for financial custody. Your financial data is governed by their respective industry-leading PCI-compliant security protocols.

5. Read-Only API Usage

When connecting your PSA (ConnectWise, Salesforce, etc.) to InnoVision Lite™, we utilize read-only API keys. We do not modify, delete, or write data back to your systems of record.

STRATEGIC PARTNER ALIGNMENT PROTOCOLS

1. For Private Equity Sponsors (Due Diligence)

We provide a rapid, 14-day **Friction Risk Assessment** for active M&A exclusivity windows. Our protocol identifies systemic "Hero Culture" and unbilled administrative drag that can artificially inflate trailing EBITDA. Our objective is to ensure you are acquiring an "Assembly Line" rather than an "Art Studio," protecting your post-close valuation thesis.

2. For Executive Search Leaders (Placement Protection)

When placing high-value COO or VP-level talent into a growth firm, the primary cause of churn is a "Broken Chassis." If an executive is placed onto a delivery engine riddled with manual friction and filtered metrics, they are statistically more likely to fail within 12 months. We provide **Placement Protection Diagnostics**, auditing the organization prior to the executive's start date to provide them with a prioritized 90-day stabilization roadmap.

3. Sovereign Data Privilege

In partner engagements, InnoSpired adheres to the **Rule 1.6 Confidentiality standard**. We maintain strict compartmentalization between the Target Entity and the Investing Partner. All forensic findings are delivered exclusively to the Sovereign Sponsor to provide maximum leverage during final commercial negotiations.

COMMERCIAL COMPLIANCE DISCLOSURE

1. Subscription Management

InnoVision Lite™ subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, API telemetry will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Professional services rendered under an executed SOW are subject to the specific "Risk Reversal" terms outlined in that contract. Digital product acquisitions and OFI Benchmarking fees are non-refundable once provisioned.

3. Rule 1.6 Confidentiality & CEO Alignment

All client engagements are governed by the attorney-client level confidentiality standards (**Rule 1.6**) integrated into our operating philosophy. **Advisor serves as a direct proxy for the Sovereign (CEO).** We ensure that the "Technical Truth" extracted from the delivery floor is communicated directly and exclusively to the Executive Sponsor without middle-management filtering.
